At One Stop Tires & Auto, we treat every customer like family — and that includes everyone who visits our website. We are committed to making our site usable and welcoming for people of all abilities, and we work to make sure no one is left out because of a disability.

Our Goal

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the internationally recognized standard for digital accessibility. While we strive to follow these guidelines throughout our site, some areas may not yet fully meet every criterion. We view accessibility as an ongoing effort and are continually working to improve.

What We've Done

Steps we've taken to make this website more accessible include:

• Text descriptions (alt text) for meaningful images.
• Strong color contrast between text and backgrounds for easier reading.
• A layout that can be operated with a keyboard, not just a mouse.
• Clearly labeled form fields on our appointment request form.
• A responsive design that adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops, and supports zoom and larger text.

Third-Party Content

Some parts of our site rely on services provided by others, such as the embedded Google Map. We don't control how those third parties build their tools, and they may not always be fully accessible. Where this happens, we're always happy to provide the same information another way — just reach out.
